window won't go down

my passenger side window will only go down about 3/4 of the way. i've lubed it everywhere I can find and still no good, anyone have any ideas?

Back the screw in the deep center of the door panel out. My experience is that the window regulator has enough force to break too long a screw off, but your mileage may vary.
