I bought the truck back in May and the windows have a very thick film of hard water spotting... I've tried everything to get it off... Laquer Thinner, Wax, Windex, CLR, everything... .

Anyone know what will work????

00Steel wool works on tempered glass like windshields and side

windows.

Do not use on mirrors they do not have tempered glass.

Works great on Chrome too

Stove Top Cleaner

My wife uses some stuff for cleaning her glass stove top that you can get at the grocery store. Comes in a small squeeze bottle and looks like toothpaste. Works great on glass!

Good Luck,

Frank

WARNING: Windshields are NOT tempered, nor are all side & back lites. To be safe, use no steel wool coarser than 0000!
