windsheild wipers

On my 1991 dodge w-250 the wipers work on high and low but not on delay. I have installed a new switch and a new motor. I need help so any answers will be greatly appreciated.

There is a timer module under the dash that does the intermittent wiper action. bg

Where is the module?

To the right of the steering column under the dash.

First run a new ground wire from one of the wiper motor bolts to the firewall and see what happens.
