My windshield wipers work on both speeds, but the washer doesn't. I can't find a fuse listed for it. The wiper has two fuses, one for low and one for high speed. Is the pump on one of these? If so I guess I have a bad pump.

Lumbar support also not working. I can't find it in the fuse list either. Is it on the heated seat fuse?

I have Mopar extended warranty but I don't want to pay a fee to find out these are due to bad fuse, but I don't want to pull and check every fuse.

Thanks,

Al

Do you have power to the pump? If so, it could be a failed pump. My younger son's 2013.5 truck also lost the windshield washer pump. The pump failed. There was a rash of failed washer pumps on the 2013.5 models, he found out on the Cummins site. He purchased a new pump from Amazon or E-bay can't remember now and replaced it. The pump has worked great for the last couple of years now. It could be a failed pump on your truck.

Did you check the Lumbar switch to see if it is not a lose wire or bad switch on the seat?

Does the pump run? If so, follow the line under the hood pad to the nozzles. The inlet barb on mine disintegrated allowing pressure to bleed off. Neither side would wash.

Pump is not running, at least I can't hear it. Going in tomorrow for the tailgate recall, an oil change and to get these things fixed under warranty.

Thanks All,

Al

I am not sure for your truck, but on my 2008, I would need to removed the RH inside fender cover. I can than get to the washer bottle and pump and other items on the RH side of the engine.

On my Gen3 it is on the left side, did they change this with the facelift?

I am looking head on to the truck, not from the drive side, my mistake. I should know better since we always designated anything on a tractor from the operator station looking forward!
