Windshield Washer tubing breaks

Not really complaining, just mentioning that the connector elbow on the windshield washer tubing where is connects under the hood. Fixed under warranty. Defective tubing?

Did it freeze? Accidental break?

Mine broke off also. Refused to leave it at the dealer all day just for that. Replaced it myself, although it was expensive for that piece of plastic. $20 bucks!!!
