interval part not working, doesn't always return to rest .on two auto modes, switch and motor replaced by dealer. didn't help

I'd guess by now you've spent $300-500 and you've not got a repair...

I'd suggest you take the truck back to the dealer... sit down with the service manager and tell him this service techs have made a couple of mistakes... I'd suggest he remove the parts that didn't need to be replaced and see if he has a tech with the ability to understand how the system works, and can diagnose the problem and repair it.... make sure your firm, you suggest he write you a credit for the work... if you don't get any satisfaction I'd make a appointment with either the general manager if your dealing with a dealer without an owner on the property... if you have an owner on the property see him... if they all seem to not care... I'd personally put the charges in contention on my debit/credit card and contest the sale....

Your dealer is tossing parts at the problem. I had erratic WW operation and after bugging out the wiring I traced it to severe corrosion on IPM (Integrated Power Module, or fuse box) connectors #3 and #4. The problem is common enough that MOPAR has a service kit to repair the connectors.
This may not be your problem, the net is you need a dealer/tech that is willing to diagnose the problem and not shotgun it. Using their WW motor replacement as an example, a simple voltage drop measurement across the park contact determines if that is the culprit requiring the motor replacement.
