Windshield wiper problem

I'm having a issue with my wipers randomly quit working in all ranges delay hi/lo however when this happens the washers will cycle the wipermotor So I have to shut off the truck and then restart and usually the wipers will work fine... . any ideas?

Had similar problems with mine, I think they replaced the multifunction switch. bg
