these really help the engine be warmer during cold weather.

Anybody have a set reply for Word of mouth to others.

Thanks

Don't worry Larry, It will get cold brrr.

I see you have a sport model, thanks for getting it at the auction. On your model, you might have to trim the panels to get a perfect fit. just use a rough file.

het eric... i haven't had a chance to try them as yet,but i'm sure they will work just fine... . very high "cool factor" !!!

i'll let you know this winter!!... ... ... . tom:cool:

Cold Front

Eric sent mine to me last November, I had several runs to Spokane, upper panhandle of Idaho and Montana. The warm up time is greatly enhanced. The spaceing of the block off plates to the front of the air charger is enuff as to not depleat the coolers ability to function. (I lost no MPG due to high air temps)

The look is hella cool:cool:

To anybody E-mailing me to order:

I accept either check or money order.

Inform me if you have a chrome grille or 99 and up sport model.

both are the same price but the size of the panels are different...

Have lots left

The price was raised because of different shipping Rate meathods. used to be one price but now goes by location, not weight..... Good ole post office:rolleyes:

I have some for the 91, however I am not going to make them anymore.

The person that made the template didn't tell me how much of a PITA they are to put on. Also, with them on, you have almost no air going through the radiator so it has to be very cold to keep engine at normal.

If you would like a set, PM me. Give you a special closeout price

Eric

I usually put mine on as soon as it is at an average of 60 deg or lower for the high temp. It gets cold here now at night, around 45. I was going to put the top 2 panels on because it is cooler at night but almost 80 during the day and I usually run short dist and most. at night if I do.

After it is below 60 for a high on average, then all 4 panels can be on, there is suff. air to keep cool. but it warms up faster.

on the 1st gen. there is less space so it has to be very cold to put all 4 on. likr 0 or so I believe. no data to compare or whatever...

I drive truck for a living and check the E-mail every few days so if you e-mail me, be patient, I'll respond I am home on the weekend so if you need to call... . ...

I have a lot of sport models left... ...
