wiper arm bushing

Okay recently got the new TDR book in the mail, prior to that the left side wiper arm bushing goes Kapoot, been like this for several weeks now.

Low and behold a article in the new TDR on the problem, my question is how hard is it to remove the cowl cover to get to the wiper arm assembly, the book doesn't go into detail other than putting the bushings back in their respective places. . Anybody do this repair before, does the cowl just unclip from under the bottom of the windshield seal??

Screws under the weather strip seal. They are easy enough to reach as they are "just" under the outter lip. You may see a small portion of the screw head by looking close.
