2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Wiper Motor Access?

Did a search couldnt find what I was looking for. I'm tryin to get at my windshield wiper motor how do you get the black plastic cowl cover off or how do you get the wiper arms off because neither is coming off without the other.

Raise the hood. lift up on the wiper arm, look down near the mounting point of the arm and you will see a little tab, with the arm lifted up, pull outward on the tab, this locks the arm in up position and unlocks it from the mechanism, lift the arm off the post. There are some plastic screws that hold the cowl cover in place, you also must remove the weather strip from the front lip of the cover to remove. bg
