Wipers and the TIPM.

I can tell you what's irrational - the TIPM. If that TIPM is shot again, that suggests to me something else is wrong. What, I have no idea. But why would the truck blow 2 TIPMs?

Of course, the dealer isn't going to diagnose anything other than a faulty TIPM. After the warranty you might just have to go tracing wires and testing components until you find something wrong.

Something you may want to give a quick look at- Look at the wiring harness up at the bulkhead where the wiring passes through to the motor. I've seen several get chaffed and short to ground. TIPM's are smart enough to not power an output if there is a short or excessively high current draw in a circuit. .
