Did I see on one of these threads, long, long ago in a land far, far away that we had have an axillary driving light harness already in our trucks? Or that just a fictional memory on my part?

I do know that I have a empty harness that is fastened to the left side of of the radiator, inter-cooler, AC. What is that for? It's not attached to anything.

Thank you for your time.

Let the lord help you make it an exception day

This is the original thread that I started for this:

I have a 2004 Ram 2500 CTD. It did not have fog lamps from the factory.

I ordered a Fog Lamp package # 82208102. I was told it came with a replacement headlight switch - it does not (it has a rocker switch) and requires a wire tap.

I have ordered the headlight switch for foglamps #560455378AC and the jumper for the fog lamps #56045501AC. Will this allow me to use the fog lamps without splicing wires? Will this work at all? I have called several dealerships and none can answer the question. It has wiring hanging down on the drivers side which is unused. Oo. Oo. Oo. It works without splicing... . ANYTHING. :p :p

Have fun it works great. You will not need the wiring that comes with the foglamp package.

Dave Smith Motors will give a great discount if you tell them that you are a member of TDR. .

I bought Foglights from EBAY it said OEM kit,but it isnt, they are made by PILOT,anyone know how good these are?

Doe anyone know if we buy the Painless Wiring Kit from Geno's if we can wire direct to the Painless and avert the other wiring problems? Thanks, Doc
