Collecting WVO in cold weather

southern cal bio partner

Will adding say a gallon of WMO to a tank of the new ULSD make it have a similar lubricity as the old stuff? Its getting too cold here in the northeast to be running the WVO now...

Basically looking to add some lubricity to the fuel on the cheap. IE not buying gallons of powerservice to add with every tankfull.

Thanks, Jim

Hello

That would do it just filter it good and make sure there is no antifreeze in it

letting it sit for a few week's will also help.

That would be 33 oz of #2 to 1 oz of WVO.

read some info that up to 7% is ok to run no EPA issues 7% would be 2. 38 gallon on 34 gallons of fuel

if you mix biodiesel they say 5% bio is 100% or more lube than the old diesel.

I goning to run wvo all year with heated lines and tank.
