Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Won't go into gear

Can't get truck into gear with engine running,1 out of 5 tries it goes into 2nd (doesn't creep like clutch bad) but doesn't want to go into any hole after that. transmission shifts into all holes with eng. off. Changed hyd. clutch ***. with no relief. Any ideas??? No grinding,appearred suddenly with no warning.

Tore ole Red down today and the only thing I found was the pilot bearing had disintegrated (nothing but powdered metal left). The disk was worn but ok,flywheel a little burned. gonna buy some parts and reassemble soon.
