Won't start

I had oil leak on my 93 d250 so I replaced head gasket and while I had the head off I put a fuel pin and 3800 gov spring. Also put in 60 lb valve springs. Bled the lines at the injectors. Truck won't fire. Turns over good. Checked the shutoff solenoid. Gave it a shot of starting fluid and it ran for a sec or 2. Any ideas??

My first thought is indexing. Did you re-index the throttle shaft back properly when you put the pump back together?

It was the throttle index.

It could still be sucking air someplace even on return lines
