Get a 19mm or 3/4" box wrench. Loosen, but do not entirely de-thread the injector line on the right side of the valve cover. Loosten the first, 3rd and 4th line.
Crank and floor the engine. Fuel will start to fly out all over the inside of the engine compartment. The truck will start on the other 3 cylinders.
At this point, you might want to stop the engine, I never do, and begin to tighten the loostened lines. If you leave the engine running, do not put your hand near the injector lines. Use the wrench to tighten the lines. BE CAREFUL YOU DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THE FAN! As you tighten the lines, the engine will begin to sound more like normal as more of the cylinders begin to fire. Once you get all 6 tight, the engine should sound and run fine.
At this point, wash the spilled fuel off the engine and you are done.
