wont turn off

Came home from help my freind this afternoon, went to shut the truck off and it didnt shut off. i disconnected the battery, the fuel shutoff solenoid, and still doesnt want to shut off. Is there anythin esle that is makin it stay running. thanxz Dan

You pull the shutdown lever on the side of the injection pump? Shutoff solenoid is shot.

You don't need a picture. Look on the side of the pump about two inches toward the front from the solonoid and down about half an inch. The lever is about two inches long and is spring loaded with a coil spring around the shaft of the lever. Push the lower part of the lever toward the back of the truck.
