I bought an adjustable trackbar a couple of years ago from SSI. Even when new, i noticed some amount of play at the lower connection (axle); no movement at all was seen at the frame connection. Over the weekend, i was under the truck and noticed there is considerable more play (movement) at the axle connection; no play seen at the frame side. I removed the trackbar to inspect the bushings and did not see any wear to the inner sleeve, bolt or axle tabs. I am thinking the rubber is just too weak. My question is, will the poly bushings Geno's offers (i believe they are from Luke's) work in this trackbar? Or, does anyone have other suggestions? Thanks.

Man, nobody?? I checked KLM's website and they do carry replacement bushings; however, i don't think i want to go with these as they are made of the same "high quality" rubber. To add to what i stated earlier, both eyes on the trackbar look great when viewed out of the truck; everything appears symmetrical/round with no wear evidence. Could i just have "weak" bushing at this one end? Any way, still looking for input. thanks

I had an SST on my last truck 02' 2500 but my hydro assist steering beat the bushing up too much. SSI was cool and sent me multiple extra bushings. At one point they changed the design of the bushings as well. I ended up switching to a Thuren Track bar.
