I'll probably get scored for this one, but from what you mentioned about this dealers attitude problem, it sure does sound like the attitude that I got from our beloved dealer off of 6th Ave and Colfax in Golden (thus mentioning the name). Definately stay away from these guys.

Same place that made my black list for incompetence. Bought mine used there with the warranty intact plus the extended.



If I ever take mine in, the truck will go back to stock configuration first. Granted I don't have much yet, but even if I had the comp box, and other bolt ons, they would come off too. Any stea... dealership that would void a warranty just because they saw a mod, before even trying to see what the problem is, is the very reason that I would hide my mods. When the problem is revealed, then I asked what would cause it. If a mod that I have is the sole culprit, then I would shrug my shoulders and say "That would explain it. How much $$$" If it is a list of different possibilities, then I would be more than happy to work with the SM or Tech to narrow it down to a sole source just to make sure.



I would not defraud the company if I was at fault. My ethics would not allow it. They would certainly defraud me given the slightest opportunity. My ethics won't allow that either.
