I have some questions for you engineer types

I wonder how they managed to turn? I could see it trailering okay going straight or even a real slight curve, but a tight turn? Pretty sure there is no turn table on that tilt bed.

About a year ago I saw a guy towing about a 24' gooseneck car trailer with a second vehicle strapped to the dove tail. I wondered then how he turned. It's possible he had a turn table affair but I didn't see one.
