power steering fluid ?

does any body know what type power steering fluid goes in it i have a 2002 had same problem back 4 years ago steering wheel locked mechanic said to put atf-4 fluid oem manual says dont ?

I think its a 17mm and a 19mm, I had stubby wrences that worked aweseom
