Looks very cool but from what I've read most architects feel that the age of tall buildings is over. No need to have things concentrated anymore since the hard drive has replaced paper. I also have heard that NYC doesn't want another tall one in that location. Well designed website.

Nice building, Cool site, the "Twin Peaks" background music is a nice touch. I have to agree with Bill, I'd be really surprised if they put up another skyscraper there.
