As far as dynoing, there is noplace in the state that can hold or measure our trucks    , as far as I know the closed dyno to us is in Ft. Collins I believe, I think us Wyo boys just otta plan on doing something with the Rocky Mounton chapter for that.

I do have a list compiled for all the Wyo boys and I added you to it , I dont know what we could ever do or where we could meet but we need a place and we can go from there ... ... ... ... ...

any Wyo dudes got a place to meet ? Something to do ?

Jon -

you live over by the Post Office right?

I'm zippin past there a couple times and Your stacks caught my attention. We'll get together for sure!

My buddy works in town a day or two a week with a 12V, I've got the first of the 24's.

I'll try to swing by this weekend. here's what my truck looks like... I am still trying to think of a good name - "Moses" is at the top of the list...

DynoJet in Cheyenne

Fellow WYO members,

There is a dyno in Cheyenne. The guy runs his speed shop as a hobby and is not open full time. I'm sure that if we could get enough trucks together he would be willing to do a Diesel dyno day for us. I don't know what he would charge for the runs, it would most likely depend on how many people express an interest. We could also possibly get some trucks up from Colorado. He was talking of having an open dyno day in June 2003, but thats a long ways off. If there is enough interest to have one sooner I'll be glad to contact the dyno owner and start the ball rolling. Lets see some interest!:D

I am interested

R. ebel, good goin dude !! let us know what you find out, The good weather is about done but maybe we could slip one in before winter sets in hard... ... ... ... ... . Keep us posted , see if you can arrange a date and possibly an alternate date and I will PM all the Wyo dudes as I have a running list of about 12 or 14 Wyo guys... ... ... ... ... ... Kevin

I AM INTERESTED :D Oo. Oo.

I would like to see what mine puts down stock and then as I tweak the pump and see the difference. If I have not sold my Mom's truck by then I would like to see what it will do.

I live near Denver now, but I'm in Laramie about a day a week, and I'm in for a trip to Cheyenne for a dyno day. I also have a G-tech Pro-comp, which with some work I can HP and torque curves out of. They're great for tuning purposes, but I'm not sure how they compare to dyno pulls, I'd love to find out.

Cheyenne Dyno Day

Guys we need to try to get 15-20 trucks together to make this doable.

For the record, I have no financial interest in this endeavor. I'm just volunteering as an organizer.

R.ebel

Get with the guy at the dyno and see what 2 weekends (Saturday) is available and let me know, I will PM all the wyo boys and we will see who can actually make it, I have a running list that I have been compiling for a year or so .

Cheers, Kevin

DYNO

Stay tuned guys, I've got a call into the Dyno owner, unfortunately he is out of town. When I get in touch with him I'll try to set something up for November. So far we have 10 possible trucks to run on the dyno.

R.ebel

If Don can't do it would Wyoming Machinery be able to? I know they have a dyno but I don't know if they will do our little trucks.
