Bare Land Title Insurance?

Poor transmission salesman on Ebay!

I have an X army blazer that our police are using as a Dot inspection truck. I am having all kinds of problems with it. It keep losing it's head lights and dash lights. Not sure why. Dose anyone know where I can get a maintanence manual for this truck. Thanks

Ironic.....

I find this quite humorious that youre DOT'ing others with equipment that wont pass a DOT inspection. :-laf:

Try Colemans in Pa. They have a lot of govt surplus blazer parts.

Mr. Gratton,

I copyed this thread and sent it to a friend of mine that is a collector and has 2 of the Blazers like yours... here's what he said...

Yep, what he has is a M1009 CUCV (Commercial Utility Cargo Vehicle). Lots of good information at www.steelsoldiers.com and a full set of manuals is available on CD from http://www.military-manuals.com/mil...ty-cargo-vehicle-truck-m1008-m1009-m1010.html I've had that happen on two of the CUCVs I've owned. It turned out in both cases to be a relay located right above the STE/ICE receptacle (big round plug under the dash right of steering column)

Hope that helps you out.

The dash lights are not working. Sometimes the head lights work. I have alot of 12 volt equipment in the truck(Lightbar/radios/laptop). I haven'y had much trouble with them. The lightbar controller did fry it's self, but I beleive it was do to age. .
