Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I just wanted to say how very impressed I have been with Xantrex and their super customer service. Xantrex now owns the inverter market for RV's, making the Trace, Heart and Freedom models.
I was having some problems with an inverter, which was actually refurbished. The tech went way out of his way to help me out, even going as far as sending me replacement parts next day air Saturday delivery at their expense (And it wasn't even their fault).
It's nice to see a company go this far to keep a customer happy- it's happening less and less these days.
