Xenon Flares

Didn't get much response from the product accessory forum ( Thanks to those who did. ) I need to verify that the Xenon flares will fit a long box Part#8720 An ebay vendor claims that short box and long box wheel well openings are different sizes,( statement comes from the manufacturer) thus won't fit. Need some help from long box guys. Any fitment problems? etc. Is this the correct part # Any other vendor links would also help. Thanks in advance.

Not sure on the long bed but with mine (short bed) and what others have said none of them are a perfect fit. If you want them to look right you have to pre install and do some sanding for a good fit. I had some rounded edges that had to be sanded back to square to fit the truck right. It helps to preheat the flares for proper fit. Nice looking flare though, follows the body lines unlike others
