Is there anywhere you can buy xeon light kits for a 2006 Dodge 3500? Do the light bulbs seem to be as clear as the real thing?

A xeon is a microprocessor made by Intel. Xenon is a halogen (noble) gas.

I think you're looking for the HID conversions. I have them on my truck and the light is 5 times better than the stock halogens.

Be cautious though with suvlights.com

HID conversions using halogen housing is illegal. They have this disclaimer posted on their site:

All lamps are not intended to be used for headlight purposes, nor are they certified for headlight usage. Lighting laws vary from state to state. suvlights.com makes no representation or warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the legality of its products for street use on any vehicle or in any location.

To stay legal and have more light an option would be to use these bulbs-

Sylvania H13XV XtraVision Halogen Upgrade: Up to 20% Brighter

And then also add a pair of off-road high powered lights at bumper or grill level for high beam use. Aux lighting at any wattage in a lamp that is not covered can be used as long as it is high beam only and not used with lows, a relay powered by the trucks high beam circuit makes it legal in CA anyway.
