Does anyone have or know of someone with an Xtreme spray in bed liner? I'm looking at it for my rockers and bed and would like some opinions. I've been quoted in town for it $400 cheaper than Line-X dealer two hours away.

Thanks in advance!!! :D

I actually just sprayed one today for a buddy of mine. It's actually still curing. I'll let you know what I think once it's done.

Building a '74

I am in the process of building a '74 w100 as a trail rig and have a dealer next to me, he has sprayed my grill, headlight inserts, transmission and transfer rock guards, and my door panels, and they look fantastic. I have my truck bed done in line-x and it appears to be very similar to Line-X. I plan on doing as much of the truck as I can with the Xtreme liner... ... ... .

But like any spray in liner, the result is only as good as the person doing the prep work and the instalation... .....

Ok, here we go. Hopefully I can figure out how to load pictures into this thing. It came out pretty good. The texture of the Xtreme Liner is a lot "chunkier" than a Line-X liner. From what I understand there's a fine "crumb" and a heavy "crumb. " If I got the fine, then I'm really interested to see what the heavy crumb looks like. As far as the application goes, it took a little bit longer to cure than I expected. If you're going to apply it yourself, make sure you tape off everything you don't want this stuff on. It's very hard to spray accurately since it pretty much comes out of the gun in clumps. At first I was kinda skeptical on it coming out well, but after it settled on the surface it evened out. I can't really attest to how well it's going to stand up to use, but I think it will fair well. Overall I think this is a very good alternative to Line-X for the price.

And, Ok, I'm pretty much computer retarded and can't figure out how to get the pictures on here. If anyone can tell me, I'll be more than happy to.

I have the heavy crumb..........

And I too don't know how to post pic's... ... ... ... . if you would like I can e-mail some pics of the heave crumb and the fine crumb. I am doing different parts on my truck in diffedrent textures because I like to different looks... ... ... let me know... .

I only have pics of one of the crumbs, but I don't know which one it is. I just got whatever came standard with the kit. PM me your email address, I can send you the pics.

Thanks for the help, guys... I've got the truck at the Xtreme Liner dealer ship today. They're doing a two-day deal, bed one day, rockers and fender flares the next... I'll let ya'll know how it turns out!! :D

My nieces husband is just started into doing the Extemeliner near Nashville somewhere. He gave me a card last weekend when he visited here. .

Well, here's the liner... . It's gonna be cloudy around here for a good while. I apologize for the poor quality. I'm very satified w/ the Xtreme Liner!

I'm a LINE-X dealer.

The Xtreme Liner dealer in my area went out of business, I still have one of his brochures.

Xtreme has several bedliner products. If you decide to go with Xtreme, get the polyurethane/polyurea blend, which I believe is the XT3500 product. However, Xtreme's warranty is not as good as LINE-X's nationwide lifetime warranty.

Looks pretty good. :)

Thank you!!! The pictures doesn't do him, nor the liner, justice.

I don't plan on moving or selling the truck in the next several years, so the dealer's warranty was good enough for me. If I had to have something done again to the rockers w/ Line-X it would be at least a two hour drive... .

I don't know what they used on mine, as far as the blend goes. I'll find out when I get my bumpers done!! Oo.

My point on the warranty was to also point out that if the dealer goes out of business, which the one in my area did, then you have no warranty.
