RV deep discharge batteries

315's and 5th gear or 295's and 6th gear?

:--) :--) ... does that stuff do the job. It definately cleans faster & IMO it cleans way better than Baking Soda. It was time to replace the 2 behemoth 6v Golf Cart batteries. Went for the Baking Soda ... out. So I got a dunking container & some diet Coke. Man did it clean the cables fast. I poured it in the battery compartment, let it soak & cleaned it out. Great stuff ... got to be brutal on the stomach lining.

There was a seg. on Myth Busters about coke and all the uses that were claimed. Most of the stories were supposedly busted, including the battery terminals getting clean, but I have seen what you are talking about first hand. In the show they used a piece of crap Ford, that I think had been sitting in a junk yard where it belongs :-laf :-laf , that's probably why it didn't work for them. :D

Nest time try a little baking soda mixed in water and then heat in the micro for one minute, you would be amazed what the heat will do.
