Just because the screen in the tank module was clean does not mean the module is not the source of the problem. There is another member that just tested his module and found he had a pulsing flow due to the module sucking closed and then releasing :{ I have heard of some modules that are way more restrictive than others due to this BS valve DC installed. That would explain the rest of the fuel gremlins we chase. might be worth testing
