Yet another Newbie

Just joined TDR after browsing for a about a month and thought I should say Hello #ad


I bought my truck one year ago this month: 2001 3500 Dually 4x4 Auto, all options but leather. Have added some appearance items, but no BOMBs... ... ... yet #ad
I tow a 10K lb 5er for weekend getaways.

This is my first diesel, and I'm impressed with the fuel mileage, not much worse than I was getting with my 1999 Ram w/318 gasser.

Two of the first BOMB's I will be doing is adding gauges and Pshycotty Air. This may be a dumb question but, is there any potential issues with snow and ice with the Psychotty system? It does pull air from the cowl area, doesn't it? #ad
Any/all education will be helpfull.

Gauges are a good start. That way you can measure improvements and undesirables. Excluding HP.
I do not have the Psychotty system either, but it would seem if there is ice and snow buildup this would be a big restiction. JMO
