Gauge/Gage lighting, wiring question

Not that they need it, but gotta give them their due.

Ordered a batch of stuff from them last week, and asked if they'd send me gauge install instructions... they asked if I bought the gauges from them, I said no, they were a gift... they said, that's OK, we can do that.

A lot of people would have said, sorry didn't get it from us... no tech support!

Next... I called today to buy the gauge wiring kit, was told it would be a waste of money, since I don't have the auto trans, I'd just have a bunch of leftover wires, was told to get 2 wires and ends, one for positive, one for negative.

I ordered some filters from them online last week. Decent pricing and I got them in a reasonable amount of time. Geno's is #1 with me also. :)
 
I go to the place in person since it's onle about 20 miles from where I work. Channing has helped me out many times, and gotten me a few discounts ;)

Geno's was unbelievably helpful and patient when I was installing my gauges. There prices are good anyway, but I don't even bother price shopping anymore - the customer service is worth buying everything I can from their shop.
 
Geno's is A #1 in my book, I ordered 3 gauges and one of them was wrong they put the right one in the mail for me N. C. before the other one was returned. Who's going to do that for you. It's all about customer service.
 
I ordered pyro, trans temp and boost from genos. They gave me first rate service and quick shipping. Hell there was even extra fittings in the box that I didnt order! Genos has my business for life. Thank you. Oo.
 
Don't forget the Christmas shirts from Geno's. ALL the monies go to the charity, not just the profits or a portion of the profits. You NEVER see that.

I have NOTHING but great things to say about Geno's I ordered a set of gauges(pricol's egt, boost and fp) they accidently sent me a transmission temp gauge instead of a FP gauge, not only did they send me out a fuel pressure gauge but they overnighted it to me no charge b/c i was leaving in 2 days for a long haul to florida and would be gone 2 weeks. :D
 
Ditto to everything everyone said. I've been ordering from them for years and never been disappointed. Fast, easy and good prices.
 
They're kind of like my ex, fast and easy.



They have my business on filters and stuff, until I find someplaqce better.

Even with working at a dealership, Thier 4/2/1 package is WAY lower than I can get it

yup, just picked one up. wont need to bug them for oil or fuel filters for a while :D



I plug them when ever I can to some that needs stuff for their CTD
 
Ayuh!

Ordered a 4/2/1, a couple extra OFs just because I'm that way, manuals and other stuff... online. Musta been a run on Fleetguards, cause they had to back-order me for a few days, but they kept me posted by e-mail and the time-frame on the back-order was right on. Got it all in good order and good time. I can think of several online retailers could look to Geno's for a lesson in customer relations. And . . . what T-gun said on the 4/2/1 pricing. First rate in my book! :D
