Hey

Just found this on EBAY, Do a search under item #1848056639.

Aluminum rims for your Dodge in 22. 5" or 24. 5"

Cant even begin to think how bad these would screw up your

speedo reading.

Just thought I would pass it along.

Scott, I see Fords and Chevy DMs running all over S. Florida with the 22. 5s on them... . they look sweet!

Sorry to burst the bubble of how good they look, but one of my customers, who lives in Palm Beach, FL, has these on his 3500. The truck was trailered up to my shop because it shattered an input shaft on his auto. When I finally got it all done, I drove it home a couple nights and all I could say was it was the worst riding truck I could imagine. Speedo error as documented by the local radar checkpoint. Speedo said 40, checkpoint said 58. Like I said, the worst thing I ever drove. It got looks everywhere I went, but that was where the buck stopped.

While in Bishop Calif. for the may Mule show, I saw a first gen. Dodge (looked like it had recently escaped from a wrecking yard) with some wierd looking old truck wheels. They had to be 22" or so and were very reversed off set so that the wheels and tires set out wider than the body. It of course had been lifted to occomodate the larger wheel size-------to me it looked awfull!!

Come to think of it, I suspect he built the thing at a wrecking yard from misc. parts found laying about.
