We have not used shell in the median in Galveston County for many,many years now . I know for a fact. And we do not have any plants around any roads with median much less by a freeway. I saw this pic. on another web site about two or so weeks ago. Yall really dont think thats real now,do ya. Looks like a doctored up pic. to me???????????????
