I picked up 100 gals of diesel Oct. 25 and it was $3. 15/gal at the fuel distributor. Diesel is selling for $3. 29 to $3. 39 at the various gas stations around here. The red fuel, picked up 75 gals, was $2. 56/gal. How come diesel is suddenly much more expensive than gasoline? It was cheaper than regular gas just 3 weeks ago.

Deisel prices around here have been $0. 25 to $0. 95 per gallon higher than regular unleaded for many months now!

winter is on the way, and #2 is nearly identical to heating oil/fuel...



and, gas out sells diesel better than 10:1 so when the gasoline consumers complain, they have a much louder voice than the diesel consumers, so we get the shaft at the pump, but everyone gets the shaft on everything else that gets shipped by ship/rail/truck as they all add their fuel surplus tax to everything they ship, and that gets passed down to the general consumer

I hope the dropping price trend is working its way up here.

Diesel now is 3. 29

That is MN prices, taxes are to high on fuel in WI to even talk about.



So far diesel has been dropping . 10 a every couple of days. Was 3. 69 just this past Saturday... ... ..... I know cause I needed fuel for the dyno...



Reading the OPEC reports though it should fall even more the first week of Nov... ... ..... lets hope... ... ... ... .
