Zaino Polish Users

Over the winter I had to order more polish so I figured I would try their ZFX Flash Cure additive. In humid weather I takes a few hours to dry and I bought the ZFX to help it dry quicker.



I mixed it with their polish according to the directions and applied it.



It seemed to dry in about an hour or less.



Wiped it off as normal and I noticed very little gloss enhancement? Also the paint was not very smooth afterward like I notice using regular Zaino polish by itself. (I Clayed the paint before hand also). I threw some water on the hood and it hardly beaded.



I didn't care for the ZFX Accelerator at all.



I re-polished the hood with plain Zaino Bros polish and the gloss enhancement was back like normal.



If anybody wants the remaining ZFX accelerator kit to try w/ Zaino Bros polish they can have it. Let me know.

Did you Email Zaino? He usually get back to you within a couple of hours, even on the weekends. Maybe he can suggest something.

I tried it too. It is supposed to allow you to do multiple coats in one day. WHAT was I thinking? Multiple coats on a QC dually?



I wasn't all that impressed with it + it is wayyyyy too expensive.

I used it to put on three coats in one day. I was very impressed. The stuff worked great for me. I guess you never know!
