Before you trust any of these products go to www.grc.com and see what is said there. Try it out with the testing programs avialble.



If you are concerned, free should not be a barometer. There is a lot to read there, but, when you are finished you will be much more wary.

Steve Gibson

Coyle, I have been a fan of Steve Gibson's for a while. He is a big fan of Zonealarm, I first found it on his page. Just because it is free doesn't mean it doesn't work. In fact, he found a serious flaw in the Blackice firewall, which isn't free. He is a smart cookie!

ZoneAlarm is one of the best firewalls for your home PC. Just because it is free shouldnt lead you to think is isnt that good.
