Towed trailer to Ca. for first time last weekend with new truck. I have to say it was a new experiece. Towing has become fun again. After passing cars going upgrade at 75 mph my wife turned to me and said "you enjoyed that didn't you ?" My SEG (s*** eating grin) keeps getting bigger and bigger.....

Hey guys. I saw a blue 2nd gen long bed 4X4 (with TDR sticker) at the NW Sams Club on Sunday.



Vegas has got to have more Dodge trucks than any other city (and I've lived all over in the military) but I rarely see any TDR stickers. I'm kinda guilty of not advertising big as I only have the little sticker in my back window which is hard to see unless you're walking by the truck in the parking lot. Also, have the 100k plate but am not displaying it because I don't want a ticket for not using a front Nevada plate.



Wave if you see me, it's green with chrome bug deflector, bed rails, tailgate protector and fender well accents.

I was thinking the same thing, lots of CTD trucks in town, but have not seen any stickers. I have 2 big ones on back window, they would be hard to miss seeing.

Leaving town for a weeks vacation to Utah on Friday, will be back the 11th. A get together still sounds good to me, near the end of Sept. would work.

Haven't seen or heard from FF1607 in a while, last I saw he was getting ready to go out of town, think that was last month though.

BTW, mind if I add you to buddy list ?

We're leaving on Friday for Utah as well and we were just there for a week's vacation 2 weeks ago If you have a CB and see me on the 15, give me a hollar!

Sorry no CB, but just in case, we're leaving sometime Fri morning, heading to Cedar City, then taking route 14 across mountain past the junction of 14 and 89 back up in the hills.

Truck is dark blue quad cab, chrome nerf bars, 2 TDR stickers in rear window, pulling a 25' Coachmen Catalina TT. How lucky do you think we will be to see each other ?

I also will be leaving for Cedar City... (I hope I have better luck than a month ago LOL) I am going up to the Navajo lake area ( I probably spelled that wrong. ) Actually it is Duck Creek that I am going to. I have to work on Friday, but will be leaving Saturday Morning and returning on Monday mid-day. I don't have a CB.

New to the Las Vegas area and hope to see other TDR members. I drive a 2nd gen. 3500 silver(driftwood) in color with a black tonnue cover. I have calif. plates and should be around throu winter. TDR sticker in back window. Guess I should change my location in my signiture.

You guys need to get CBs for when you're runnin' up and down the 15 pulling your trailers, it helps a lot and I get a lot of inquiries from the big rigs about what I have in the toybox, about the truck etc.



I don't keep a CB in mine except when we're heading out with the trailer I jack it in to the power port and throw the mag antenna up on the roof; it really works great and it only takes all of about 2 minutes to have it ready to rock. BTW, I just bought a new one last week up at the Petro truck stop for $29 brand new... you can't go wrong for that price.



Green short box 4x4 with chrome steps, fender accents, bug deflector... . & and a 26' Weekend Warrior tag along toy hauler, alum side (not smooth fiberglass). Have fun guys, good luck, be safe and all that stuff.

Did everyone make it back safe and sound? I rolled about 600 miles round trip, saw a lot of CTDs but no TDR stickers... ... ... ... .

I have my TDR stickers on the rear bumper and the rear window. Also have South Dakota ham plates on the truck. Wave going by.

Got back into town at 4 p. m. Sun. , 666 miles, had a great time !

The wife and I both agree, it's to dam hot here, :{ ready to go back to the mountains !!!

Heading to Ca. for Christmas next week, Escondido to be exact. The wife wanted to spend the holidays with her dad. Taking our trailer with us, need some of our own privacy, if you know what I mean.

We will probably do some side trips down to San Diego area to visit other relatives during the week. If I am seen, I wonder if it will get posted here or in the Ca. thread Oh well, we shall see.
