Andy: Hey Gap, whatta I torque this to?

Gap: mmmm... 'bout a grunt-n-a-half. .

Well, the svc manual says the axle nut gets 263 ft/lbs or 356 N-m take your pick.

Could Mr. Meacham, Mr. Underwood or anyone else please tell me what the front axle nut torques to on a 03 3500 SRW.

I called Dodge and they said " All you can get, plus some". What a professional answer.

263. 5 is what we use

You should do 6. 0 heads studs then, They are all 250lbs, thas a grunt and a half there by the time you are done with 20 of them.

Hey Meachem I sent ya a guy from the 1st Gen forums, gave'em your business name and #, he wants some of that Stanedyne additive like I got the other day from ya. I'm very happy with that stuff myself, my mileage has increased back by 62 miles extra on a tank, and its still my 1st tank. He is in Florida, I don't know if you can ship or not, see ya around.

Hey Jo! i was wondering i cant get my silencing (or how ever you spell it ) out of my turbo! should i just let you do it? or is there a trick. the missing piece of the snap ring is at the top and i cant get it out because my screwdriver his my oil filter!

Carney, The easiest way to get it out is an offset pick and a screwdriver. Need a pick to pick it up so you can get a flat head screwdriver under it. Then use the pick and the screwdriver to walk it around and out of the groove that it is sitting in.

It can be done with 2 small screwdrivers, but it's a piece of cake with an offest pick (one with a crook in the end of it shaped like an L or a C)

Joe @ underwood tire:)

Mach 3's

I installed the Mach 3's tonight. Andy you weren't sh@#$%ng about the smoke. Even with the Edge turned off it's still pretty black. Fuel psi seems to hold ok in level 3 or less. Egt's climb way up if you stay in it and boost hit 35 psi for the first time.

So let's see what's next on the wish list: exhaust or maybe stacks, fass, turbo, o-ring and studs. Does it ever end? :-laf

Hey Joe, don't worry it's still not as fast as yours. ;)

I know where a 200 watter is one bill will get it it think. Painter tested it last fall and we hooked it up for about a month and its set on a shelf ever since.

Let me get my tax return in Ashley and I'll be giving you a call to see if we can work something out! ;)

Yeah he's got a nice little black 450 in there for a bill & half I'd like to have. It seems like we can't get ahead though bills just keep piling up on top of us. :(

If so how much? If you want to sell together try the classifieds over on www.cbradioforum.com ;) Good people of there, Hans (Heavyhauler) and I as well as a few TDR members are on that site. I go by my CB handle (Shotgun) over there though. ;)

Hey Markie Mark, who done your o rings and what did it run you?

Adkins Diesel Performance in Indiana. I didn't know of anyone in this area that was doing O-rings, and I "HAD" to have my truck back on the road. So popped HG on Wed, pulled head Thurs, Fri after work 10:30PM Me, Anna, bro, & Crazy Cuz Dilbert pilled in grandma's van with head and took off to Indiana! :-laf

Call Meacham @ the shop tomorrow 443-3502 and see if he knows anyone? He might by now, but usually he will just recommend fire rings. ;)

Hey Wade or Hans... . do you know where any 2 pill mobile linears might be? ;) :-laf

John (WR3S) keeps that stuff at his shop on Fesslers Lane. I wouldn't buy anything like that unless it is brand new or can see it work on Bird meter first. TOO much junk out there.

Sorry Meacham... he started it!:p :p :p
