I just ordered a smarty from you on wednesday, will it be programed with the X07 software?

Ok, I tried the newest release, and I got a case of the rattles, until it's warmed up at idle, but when I drive it, it's fine, idle rattles noticeably louder (until it warms up), but goes away when I put my foot on the go pedal. I took out my Roktek sensor and no change. What would be causing that? Will it hurt it to run it like that until then?

Bob, can you provide more details on the timing revision? Was it increased or decreased? What was the rationale?

the standard software for Years: 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 has been updated again to:

The latest news states:

* Smarty S-06A : Bug in code P0602 fixed for years 2006 & 2007.

I'm not sure I understand this nomenclature.

Quick question for anyone who can answer; I have a buddy who has a '06 CTD and would like to try out my SMARTY. I have a S-04, can I download '06 programs to my S-04? (I am aware the I have to return my truck back to stock, but just was curious as if this would work. )
