Well, Holly from DC called me and we got nowhere. I asked if I could post her email and she said no, and I said put it in an email and she said she would. She did not so here it is: (Note it starts at the bottom and comes up the page. )

Page 275 also says:
"Warranty Information
See Your DaimlerChrysler Motors Corporation Warranty
Information Booklet for information on warranty coverage
and transfer of warranty. "
Warranty Information book on page 4 states that "The warranties
contained
in this booklet are the only express warranties that DaimlerChrusler
Motors
Corporation
makes for your truck".
On page 12 of the booklet, it states that the Cummins Diesel Engine
Limited
Warranty begins at the end of the 3/26 Basic Limited Warranty period.
*** So, AGAIN I ask where in the Warranty Information Booklet does it
state
that the warranty begins at the in service date. ***
Because of your stonewalling on this issue, I have ordered a
remanufactured
VP44 Injection Pump from Midwest Fuel Injection and will be submitting a
demand letter for reimbursement when the truck has been repaired.
