Just doing my duty in reporting the new wheels and tires on my '07. 5. Please see my new gallery for pics.

The tires are just Pro Comp Extreme ATs in 35x12. 5r18 (E rated). Very smooth for all 150 miles I have had them.

I am liking the wheels - they are Discount Tire house brand (MB Wheels) and are called the "72". They are 18x9 +25mm offset, which should be just about 6" back space. Fits the 35x12. 5s on the stock truck with NO rubbing (close everywhere - literally could not fit anything else). Big surprise to me is that while Discount was mounting them up, the manager informed me these wheels are hub centric and use conical lugnuts (sound familiar?) I have not verified the hub-centric part myself (the hub covers do go on from the outside, but can't seem to get them off). These things even have reliefs for rotor clips. He also said they have matching trailer wheels, but that is just a little too bling for me. If anybody is interested in Tucson, Mike James is my buddy and manages the Discount Tire on Oracle.

Next, I just need to get the nose up a little . . .

Looks good, I do agree though, another inch or two up front would be nice. Might not rub now, but if you give them time, the front springs will sag enough that they probably will rub. But it sounds like you plan on leveling it anyway, so shouldn't be a problem...

Wow I was surprised you could even get 35's in there stock with out a level kit. I was down at a tire shop today and they told me it would be better to go with the 4. 5" lift because they said if I hit some bumps or go off road anywhere like on a dirt road it would rub and bump even with the level kit. I really dont want to go to the 4. 5" lift just want to use the level kit but they could also try to be getting me to buy a full lift off them. Can anyone out there shed some like on 35's and a level kit? Any rubbing on say a bumpy road? I was looking at the system as they dont just use spacers they use the whole coil. Check out some more of the Lorenz site - it lists different kits with how much lift, travel, and how big a tire you can fit. Keep in mind those Lorenz kits don't limit travel at all - so my 35s are sitting in the same arc they would travel in with any other kit using stock control arms, the ride height just sits in a different position on that arc. The places 35s can rub (depending on the wheel) is on the control arms at full lock, and at the rear of the front fenders when turning. I have not taken a Lorenz kit off road, but my '05 had a KORE kit on it with 35s - no rubbing even when beating on it.

I think you'll like your Lorenz setup. My 2. 25 w/23% front coils has fit the bill for me. If I ever off the camper though,I'll change them out with his I. R. coils. I didn't want to lift the front 3" as that would have necessitated mucho air in the rear airbags or a spacer for them to level out the truck.
