Hey Wade

When you had the reflash done. Could you describe the stumble? I've had a stumble since i got the truck but it only does it at 1600-1800 rpms. I've checked everything i can think of and nothing helps. It does seem timing makes it worse but adding fuel amplifies it, if that makes since.



Do you remember the tsb#?

It was like you'd flipped off the key for 1/2 second. No way to reproduce it. It just happened once in a while. Hell, here it is:TSB 18-24-99 also: TSB 18-24-99

Maybe that'll help.



Update on the woman (Michelle) that we pulled from the burning car: Shattered ankle and going to Vanderbilt for surgery... after spending 24 hours in Lebanon, they (doctors) figure out that they couldn't do the surgery.

Got my parts in today, fixin tomorrow. Wound up gettin a ARB for it but I have to change my gears to a thik pinion to use it. All I wanted was a Detroit to throw in it but no one in the US has one in stock and will be atleast 2 weeks if not more before anyone gets one.

Yeah, but I've got some parts to swap and a cleanup job to do first.



Going to pull the wooden console and by-pass oil system. Probably swap the comp for an EZ--note I need a Y2K EZ and have a 01 Comp.



Will leave the turbo/injectors/big lines and such.

Well I blew the tires out from under it to a measley 211' 1st place last night. No serious competition just a bunch of street trucks. I say measley because I should have been able to drag that sled where I wanted too..... but made a rookie mistake (1st hook since Dickson last year) and came out of the clutch too quick. Oh well I went, I won, I didn't break anything. Oo.



On my way now to take the "just in case factor" back to its owner. :-laf

thanks for the well wishes.

here is the story, sat morn. i was riding to dickson and a guy's lab ran out in front of me at about 50mph. i hit him as straight as passable but it was a big dog. i hit the ground an he said i tucked and rolled 60ft. my knees and 1 elbow had all the skin ground off of them so the doc. was not able to stich them up but the other elbow got stichs. i am able to walk with a walker so i am doing real good. gap said i just go around barking out orders i am real happy to be feeling as bad as i do when i consider the other options.
