Going through my own front end problems right now. With out any info like rjones has said the best I can offer is lift the front end up and start looking at all suspension joints and parts for any "slop" or play.

Make sure they are torked down correctly. My problem started shortly after I installed new shocks. The passenger side needed to be retighted.

Be sure you check your sway bar bushing links and and sway bar frame mounting bushings. my sway bar frame bushings were wore and it made a god awful clunking when going down a bumpy road. I put some urethane ones in no more noise... .

my truck only had 40k when min ewent..... you can grab it in my case and actually move the bar thats how bad mine were but also visually check you can see where its crushed and hitting the frame

Where did you get your sway bar links from and how much?

The links wasn't bad it was the actual bushings that hold the swaybar to the frame they was around 15. 00 a pair I think not sure however I get them at cost threw a ex employer...
