So, I recently found a very leaky intercooler boot and replaced it. However, I still can't get a reading of over 22lbs on my Commander. It feels like it's making more boost than that but I'm not 100%.
I have double checked and there are no more leaks and I made sure that everything is in order coming off of my MAP sensor (MAP sensor, Banks, Boost Fooler, stock plug and the wire for the boost reading to the Commander is spliced into the BF wire before the box gizmo).
So, anyone have any ideas? I'd rather not have to buy a boost gauge just to double check the Commander.
Not sure that this has anything to do w/ it but, lately I've also noticed that when I get on it pretty hard the truck doesn't go anywhere for 2-3 seconds. The rpms go up but she just sits there rattling and pukes out smoke for a couple of seconds and then takes off. I just moved back to Colorado so I'm not sure if I'm just asking too much of my truck at this elevation.
Thanks for the help.
