So, I recently found a very leaky intercooler boot and replaced it. However, I still can't get a reading of over 22lbs on my Commander. It feels like it's making more boost than that but I'm not 100%.

I have double checked and there are no more leaks and I made sure that everything is in order coming off of my MAP sensor (MAP sensor, Banks, Boost Fooler, stock plug and the wire for the boost reading to the Commander is spliced into the BF wire before the box gizmo).

So, anyone have any ideas? I'd rather not have to buy a boost gauge just to double check the Commander.

Not sure that this has anything to do w/ it but, lately I've also noticed that when I get on it pretty hard the truck doesn't go anywhere for 2-3 seconds. The rpms go up but she just sits there rattling and pukes out smoke for a couple of seconds and then takes off. I just moved back to Colorado so I'm not sure if I'm just asking too much of my truck at this elevation.

Thanks for the help.

Not sure if the comander reads the boost from the ECM/MAP sensor, but if you have a boost fooler the boost will read low from the ECM, thats the point. I would check the boost with a gage.

Well, I talked to Jeremy at Quadzilla and the way that I've got it set up now should work as long as the boost wire is spliced in before the boost fooler. At least that's how I interpreted it.

It is unless you have a boost fooler and an adjustable elbow. Then you can get mid to upper thirties. I'm just looking for around 30 psi or so.
