I have ordered a ProComp (Holley Clone) "Blue" pump rated at 130gph and 14# max pressure to replace the Dodge retro-fit i-tank pump on my early 04 truck. Do I need a regulator with this pump? What kind of pressures should I run?
Also installing new larger Fuel Filter and also Water Separator with the pump. Do I go through the water separator first, then the fuel filter? Should I put a return line in the system? If so, where should it be located? Before or after the filters? I thought I would just leave the stock filter in place foe good measure. I will also install a fuel pressure gauge near the original filter housing on the engine.
