I don't think a toilet brush would of fit in the seam... . would have been a crappy job. :-laf

i think it's going to look great like you describe. exactly how i would do it... maybe add some fender flares for some added protection... i'd think about mudflaps too to protect that paint![]()
Cummins724, I'll give you another vote of confidence. Looking at the photo-shop picture above I think the charcoal gray will look very good with your copper color. I know not everyone's tastes are the same but I think it is really going to look good. I personally didn't like the black but the gray some how looks very good with the copper. I think the Line-X color gray will look excellent. Now you just need to get some nice tires and rims under the truck.
Regards, Mike.
I Like it. Finish it up and let's see it complete.
Pics installed. I guess you guys lost interest when I went grey?

Truck is scheduled for Line-x day after Easter.![]()
NO loss of interest here - looks great - not sure, but I assume the lighter grey on the lower sides will be finished in color to match the front bumper? The bumper really came out nice!![]()
I am all for the graphite. Thank goodness you went with that over black, way more tasteful and I hated to see you throw black on it after all the work you did with the classy Orange. Now wheel color will be your next hurdle:-laf
... He suggested that I wait 60 days... This sucks.
To steal a line from a WWII movie (about commandos blowing a dam to topple a bridge Nazis were using): "Patience, lad. These things take time. "
Surely you've got some interior work to do, or some engine parts to chrome or polish, eh?Oh, yeah, those wheels are just bawlin' for some attention; they're feelin' left out!
I was going to suggest a charcoal gray earlier, but others beat me to it. You know, if the lines/curves work out, the wheels might just look pretty good in the same metallic gray. Of course, you might have to keep the rubber shined...
From what I saw of the truck, you've some real talent. If you ever get tired of working for someone else or working for yourself, you could always work ... for yourself. Name your price and make it high. Those who want the job done right and done well, will pay well. Work enough to live and put money by for retirement. And yer so far off the beaten path, the enviro thugs won't be bothered to find you. (I haven't been on roads that remote or narrow in years! Like when I'd ride along with me Dad when he was running 'shine done Franklin County way... . )
