Since you noticed it after the rotation, most likely you have a out of round tire. You can balance them out, but you can not make it round. I would go to the dealer you bought them from and have them balance them again with you watching. While they are spinning you can tell if they are round. They will be warrantied and you will get new tires for the cost of tread used. Also, some of these tire monkeys don't know any thing about balancing either. They spin it, the machine says it needs x amount of weight, monkey installs weight, removes tire and mounts on vehicle. They need to re-spin the tire to see if it is in the right place and correct amount. Some of them will spin again, then if it says it needs more, they add it. They should try repositioning the weight they installed in the wrong place. Most of the time, you can move the weight a little towards the area the machine says where it needs more, spin it, now it is right.
