Competition cummins/6 spd first time pulling ??

i got a drop pitman from khelderman and it has alot of drop, do i need to run the dss stabilizer on the box to prevent the shaft from snapping, or just a dual steering stabilizer on the tie rods:cool:

My brother has the Kelderman lift on his truck and has snapped 1 shaft already he doesn't think their setup is the best and he is in the process of a new design which he discussed with them. Good luck

The DSS will add some support ,the dual stabilizers will do much less to protect the the sector shaft. I have also seen too many drop pitman arms break. I am not a big fan of too tall lifts

was he offroading it when it broke or daily driving

Daily driving. He's got the design ready and is just needing a machine shop that can do broaching to make the short shaft with the splines.
